I’m thrilled to share that Behind MaryGift Walls Foundation recently collaborated with the Igbo Union Antwerpen Women’s Wing and several other wonderful organisations here in Belgium to host an incredible women’s empowerment program. The energy, the conversations, and the connections made during this event were truly inspiring.
It was more than just a gathering; it was a space where women felt seen, heard, and encouraged to take charge of their lives. From learning practical skills to discussing personal growth, every moment was designed to uplift and empower. What made it even more impactful was the emphasis on health awareness: BMWF made sure to highlight that early detection can save lives and strongly encouraged everyone to go for regular screenings.
Seeing women leave the program feeling informed, supported, and motivated reminded me of why these initiatives are so important. It wasn’t just about sharing knowledge; it was about creating a ripple effect of awareness, confidence, and proactive action in our communities.
This is the kind of collaboration that truly makes a difference when organisations come together with one purpose: to empower, educate, and save lives.
