Our foundation is born from the personal journey of turning adversity into advocacy. We stand as a testament to the transformative power of resilience and seek to extend a helping hand to those navigating the challenging terrain of cancer, abuse, mental health issues, and its aftermath. Our mission is to teach and guide women to embrace their challenges, viewing them not as roadblocks but as opportunities for growth, resilience, and transformation. At Behind Marygift Walls Foundation, we believe every woman’s story matters. Founded by a breast cancer survivor who grew up in an African community where girls were often undervalued, we are committed to breaking the barriers of stigma, stereotypes, and silence.

We provide emotional support, advocacy, and empowerment for women facing health challenges such as cancer, depression, trauma, and other mental health struggles. Our goal is to equip women and girls with the tools, confidence, and community they need to live as the best versions of themselves.
